Is Bio-data form required for NIP? If yes, where to get it?...Guys help me...i'm a new comer for CGL

I am from southern region
In cgl'14, total 409 candidates got selected for interview posts from all categories in my region..
Among those, 150 UR were there(excluding UR candidates belonging to PH and ex service man quota).... I have checked all those candidates list with the present list of IP and NIP 2015...
33 candidates are there in the present list who were already selected in cgl'14 and that too for good posts like examiner, ITI, CEX,DA, PO and CSS.. These candidates didn't score well when compared to last time score except some 5-6 members. And the interesting matter is there are there is one examiner 'kapa Deepak chowdary' and he is in NIP list now scoring 416. There are 18 CEX INSPECTORS, they scored in the range of 432-440 this time, one excise inspector and two PO were in NIP list with marks 423.5 and 428.
So, what we can deduct is , there are many many and many candidates who hit the jackpot last time bcoz of excise Mela. Let us imagine, how many candidates will be there in other regions too like these fellows...if all those candidates restrain themselves from attending interview.... Every UR candidate who is in IP list will get an IP and all unfortunate candidates in NIP list will also get a chance to get something. Keep promoting this info and let us stop from eating up cgl'15 posts..

Obc ki cut off last year ke compare me kariv 11 number badhi hai yani ki final cut off ip ki bhi last year se 11 no. Ke kariv jyda hogi...so es bar last ip cut off 466+11 =477 ke aas paas rhegi
