There is a query guys,just give ur opinion...does this caste certificate issue affect UR candidates bcoz many of the reserved cateogary candidates dont have certificate within the time period,so they will come in UR,so finally this will be profittable for GEN candidates or they will face more competition becoz of some new candidates in UR?
