For NIP DEST and DV documents required are 10th,12th and degree marksheets and certificate. Also photo id proof and recent photographs.

For the guys who attended interview Is there really provisions of UNDERTAKINGS IN DV? Or the candidate is sent back home if any document is not available?
How SSC rejects applications mentioning as 'Duplicate',while it is mentioned that one can fill many applications but only the latest one fully filled only be accepted ?

UR people in list I only 2688 of 6638 (40%) but reservation is not more
than 50%. Does it mean some seats of UR have been taken by OBC, SC, ST
as mentioned in write up 798 OBC, 36 SC, 10 ST.

Date : 29/2/2016 Reporting time : 9 am
Full Address : 2nd Floor, EVK SAMPATH Building, DPI Campus, College Rd, Subba Road Avenue, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600006
Driving Directions: Uber/Ola/Auto - Tell the driver, "College Road, Nungambakkam". It's right opposite the Bharat Petroleum Petrol bunk on that road.
Learning 1: Google Maps shows a location in the next building. So, I needed to do a little human help-seeking to be there.
Reached at around 8:45 am. Candidates in the 11 am slot arrived at 7 am or so and had been waiting there outside the building.
Learning 2: Please don't arrive too early. Have a good breakfast and arrive 15 min early.
We were called upstairs at around 8:55 am and seated there. Specific instructions to fill the forms were given. There were two interviewing boards. My serial number was 4 on the list of candidates for Board I.
Candidates on each list were called five at a time and asked to show a few ID cards (I showed Aadhar and Voter ID), capture biometric info and fill some forms (basic information and a few signatures here and there). Originals followed by a set of photocopies were very stringently verified by seasoned heads.
Learning 3: Take a few ID cards with you such as PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhar card, etc.
Learning 4: Arrange all your certificates(originals and photocopies) in the order you fill the respective columns in the Bio-data form.
Now, I entered the Interview Hall. A padded and comfortable swivel chair in the middle of the hall for the candidate and five members on the panel sitting at a more or less rectangular table. One man-interviewer sat diametrically opposite, three to my left, and a woman-interviewer to my right.
The one sitting opposite me started the interview by asking, "What are the problems in the Indian Healthcare System?" (I have a biology background in Grad and then an MBA). Discussed a few problems for sometime.
The one sitting to the extreme left questioned next (after a cue from the man at the center) and they took turns in the order they sat. The lady interviewer was the last.
A few questions:
"What virus is threatening the Olympics now?" - Zika
"Tell me about the virus." - Prepared well as it was an expected question.
"What are the hepatitis viruses you know and which is the most dangerous?" - Know very well
"Which rivers in India drain into the Arabian Sea?"
"Which gene is responsible for curly hair in humans?" - No idea. Said, "Sulphur bonds are responsible for curls. Beg your pardon Sir. I don't know which chromosome has that gene."
"What is the Kreb's cycle?" - Know the basics.
"Name some tribes in Andhra Pradesh." - Named a few.
"Where did the Lambadi tribe originate?" - No idea.
"You are a Carnatic musician. Name a famous Tabla player from Andhra Pradesh." - Could not. I play the violin.
The man at the center then said, " We are done. You may leave now."
Interview duration: 12 - 13 min
Met a lady at the Document Verification table. She made sure I signed at all the places on all the forms and then I left.
