DV went well.
Interview panel 2. 3 aged members 2 above 50(1M and 1F) and one above 60 years of age(CM-Male) I entered and wished. CM asked me to sit and wished him thank you.
First the CM went through my biodata. He went one by one saying good..good.. like plcae I am from, my marks in Btech, my job, my activities
CM: You have been awarded Best Performer in your company. Why you want to leave it?
Me: Explained the current situation in IT, job security and depriciation of IT employee. All three are satishfied.
CM: Is Production Engineering a branch of Mechanical Engg.
Me: Yes CM: Please tell me the papers you have studied. Only the paper names.
Me: Told them the important papers only specialized for Production Engg.
CM: I am done. Asked M1 to ask.
He is technical. Asked some question in the begining which I didnt know. All went over my head. I said sorry sir. Dont know the answer. He asked around 10-12 questions. The ones I answered
M1: Boyles law
Me: Told
M1: Universal gas law
Me: Told
M1: what is R?
Me: Told
M1: What is its value?
Me: I dont remember sir.
In between the CM asked this
CM: What is n?
Me: It can be number of moles or number of molecules depends on calculation answered.
M1: What is elasticity?
Me: Answered
M1: What is elastic limit?
Me: Answered M1: Whose elasticity is higher steel or wax?
Me: I said stell(dont know the answer)
M1: What is the melting point of steel.
Me: I said 1529'c. He corrected its range depends on type of alloy and carbon content.
M1: Last question. What will be melting point of alloy of Aluminium(Melting point T1) and Zinc (Melting Point T2).

Me: I said option 1 which is incorrect.
He said he is over passed to CM. I think M1 was a chmistry proffessor and by luck I am very bad at chemistry. Then CM asked F1 to ask.
F1: Do you think private sector can give more employment than government ever?
Me: Looking at current economy, it is not possible for private sector to hire a lot.
F1: Asked about the state governament, that people are saying its doing good. So what do you think?
Me: There are some positives and aslo some negatives. Started with how government is boosting economy by encouraging self-employment, msme, skill training and establishing SEZ.(Satishfied)
F1: What do you think about rice production in your state?
Me: Currently it is hard to say because last two year, drought has hit 13 districts. The two years before flood had hit. Only the production rice is done during summer.
F1: Why there is so labour outtflow from your state?
Me: Answered
F1: Stopped me in middle. But how about the tribal district.
Me: I told about different schemes. How the tribal people depending more on jungle etc. They dont want to come to the main stream.
F1: She also cooperated with some words which I forgot. She ended there should be some push and pull factor whcih is absent.
Me: Scheme is in place but the implementation, execution and check status are missing.(Satishfied)
She said she is done. M1 asked if you are a PH candidate. I said No. Then CM said its over.. Thank You. I said thank you and came back
During the interview I kept smiling and was confident. I maintain the eye contact with everyone while answering.
So what do you think puys? How much I will be getting? Pls reply
