For All The Curious Souls Who Want To Know About In Hand and Gross Salary in Different Grade Pays...I am posting here the Analysis....

Hope It Solves Many Doubts.

Salary of a newly joined 2400 GP employee in X city is .... Basic= ₹ 25500, Transport allowance= ₹ 3600, DA=0, HRA = 25500*0.24=₹ 6120, DA on TA =0, Deductions.... GPF (NPS)= ₹ 2550, CGIGES= ₹ 1500, CGHS= ₹ 125 (I am assuming existing rate, no new rates were defined )
Gross Salary in X city= ₹ 25500+3600+6120=₹ 35200
Net salary in X City= ₹ 35200-2550-1500-125=₹ 31,045

Salary of a newly joined 2400 GP in Y Class City
Gross = 25500+1800(Transport allowance in non-high TAPA City)+4080(25500*0.16)= ₹ 31380
Net= 31380-2550-1500-125=₹ 27,205.

Salary of a newly joined 2400 GP in Z Class City
Gross = 25500+1800(Transport allowance in non-high TAPA City)+2040(25500*0.08)=29,340
Net= 29340-2550-1500-125=₹ 25,165.

Salary of a newly joined 2800 GP employee in X city is...
Gross= 29200 (Basic) +3600+ 7008 (29200*0.24)= ₹ 39,808
Net= 39808-2920-1500-125=₹  35,263

Salary of a newly joined 2800 GP employee in Y city is...
Gross= 29200 +1800+ 4672 (29200*0.16) = ₹ 35,672
Net= 37,472-2920-1500-125= ₹ 31,127

Salary of a newly joined 2800 GP employee in Z city is...
Gross= 29200 +1800+ 2336 (29200*0.08) = ₹ 33,336
Net= 33,336-2920-1500-125= ₹ 28,791

Salary of a newly joined 4200 GP employee in X city is...
Gross= 35400 (Basic) +3600+ 8496(35400*0.24) = ₹ 47,496
Net= 47496-3540-2500(CGIGES)-225(CGHS)= ₹ 41,231

Salary of a newly joined 4200 GP employee in Y city is...
Gross= 35400 (Basic)+1800+ 5664(35400*0.16)= ₹ 42,864
Net=42,864-3540-2500(CGIGES)-225(CGHS)= ₹ 36,599

Salary of a newly joined 4200 GP employee in Z city is..
Gross= 35400 (Basic)+1800+ 2832(35400*0.08)= ₹ 40,032
Net=40032-3540-2500(CGIGES)-225(CGHS)= ₹ 33,767

Salary of a newly joined 4600 GP employee in X city is...
Gross= 44900 (Basic)+3600+ 10,776 (44900*0.24)= ₹ 59,276
Net= 59,276-4490-2500(CGIGES)-325(CGHS)= ₹ 51,961

Salary of a newly joined 4600 GP employee in Y city is...
Gross= 44900 (Basic)+1800+ 7,184 (44900*0.16)= ₹ 53,884
Net= 53,884-4490-2500(CGIGES)-325(CGHS)= ₹ 46,569

Here is my Interview experience.    Lucknow Board Entry at 8.30 am Board no 7 serial no 1 ( bloody hell, despite serial no 1, interview no came around 1 pm, ssc sucks).        M1: so ur hobbies are watching hollywood movies and reading epic fantasy novels, fav actor. Me: leonardo caprio M1: his movie name which made him famous, his co actress, which award he got this year Me: answered all ques easily M1: now tell me about novels u read Me: A song of ice and fire, lord of the rings, harry potter, some classics like sherlock holmes M1: sherlock holmes writer, his arch nemesis and his profession, what happened when they fought Me: answered all except the name of the place where they fought, some waterfall in switzerland M1: satellite comm, geosynchronous orbit, formula for calculating escape velocity and some more questions Me: answered 50% M1: photoelectric effect and photon, diffraction Me: answered but he was not satisfied, he looked like a professor of physics, went deep into these questions and didnt agree to my answers this time M2: what are god particles Me: couldnt answer M2: tell my about dehradun and why its famous Me: easy one, answered perfectly M3: tell me exact definition of variable and other maths questions which went over my head Me: couldnt answer any and he was not satisfied, he was definitely a maths professor and had no expression on his face  the whole time M4: tell me abt bindusara and bimbisara Me: blank face, who remembers history M4: uttrakhand formation, its cm and some other questions Me: answered almost all....then it was over...now how much marks should i expect guys

Interview experience delhi region, 4 members including chairman all were males (A Fucked up interview / A Sry sir i dnt knw interview) 

Chairman -Vijay malya k upar itna karza h banks supreme court hi ku gye?? 

Me - Tried hard he was nt satisfied

Chairman - Why does not banks went to Police and get him arrested??

Me - Again tried hard bt same result nd den he wd his so many arguments made me say I DNT KNW SIR...

Chairman - Recently JNU (JNU word gave me hope dis tym) kaniya kumar was beaten by Lawyers, unke khilaf koi action ku ni lera koi, bar council kya kar ri h??

Me - Said sir actn liya gya h aur bar council b investigate kar ri, bt again wd so many counter points he made me say SRY SIR I DNT KNW.

Chairman - Accha y adjournment ko rokne k liye kya karna chahiye??

Me - Tried hard to convince him, bt dis tym he said u dnt think , think rational ( i was feeling sir u dnt want rational thinking u want d way u thinks) result same SRY SIR I DNT KNW.

M1 - Airforce me Conference out hue, accha y batao plane kaise udata h??

Me - Srsly dnt knw dis answer bt still tried bt failed nd SRY SIR I DNT KNW.

M1- Ajkal kuch planes direct udd jate h bina runway me dhode, seedhe upar, english movies me b aata h, unke peeche kaunsi technology h??

M2 - NITI aayog ki fullform??

Me - SRY SIR I DNT REMEMBER, (Dosto kabi padi to thi bt kasam se tab to yaad hi ni aayi waha, neither they were giving tym) 

M2 - PM ka kya role h NITI aayog me wo kya karta h??

Me - jo bataya wo sahi tha bt nt related much ( Dosto padi to h polity n dese Aayog, bt waha to jaise dimag chalna band ho gya tha ab tak , abi kaho to ek paper likh du PM k role pe bt waha na aaya dimag me after so much pressure) 

M3 - Idealistic school of thought n Pragmatic school of thought k propounders batao??

Me -SRY SIR I DNT KNW ( Sir y school of thoughts kya kahte h yhi puch lete to koshish to karta, aapne to clean bold kar diya)

Den Chairman Gave me 4-5 piece of advice i shud follow in my lyf and told me d name of technology jo wo plane me use hoti h jo seedhe udd jate h Smething i cant recollect still n said ise pado ghar jakr aap...

I said Thank You sir, i will definitely work on ur advices bla bla i said....

Only positive thing i did is my smiling face nt faking bt its natural....

I was extremely disappointed wd my interview, vry sad.....

One thing more i secured in 13cgl 65 marks in interview n d questns they asked at dat tym were quite easy. I feel lyk which board u r getting is also a bit of luck, n yes this is 4 all my frends here whom i can help by sharing.... May be i can help dem

If I put TA before Jr Accountant /Auditor/UDC in my preference. And somehow I fail in typing Test.  Will I be considered for Jr. Accountant/Auditor/UDC  ?

P.S: Kal doc verification hai koi clear kar do doubt. (UR: 418.25 marks)
