Which has better promotion chances ?? TA in CBDT (GP 2400) or JA in CGA (GP 2800).. 

Is it wise to put TA before JA if it has better promotion chances though it's GP is less..

Average of interview marks given in 2014 for top 2000 candidates was 58. This year I took the Tier 2 rank list and added 60 marks to everyone's marks.

My prediction for cutoffs:

Examiner: 528-530

ITI: 518-520

MEA: 523-525

CSS: 498-502 (due to a lot of people skipping CPT)
