I dnt knw if u all have noticed or not  but the two results which are to be announced before ssc cgl 2015 , hav already given official  answer keys some time back means their result can b announced anytime. So we can hope ssc to announve the result before MAY if there is nolegal delay. Guys its just a thought .plz consider and reply .ur expert suggestoons needed

Copied from fb-N K Raghupathi sir Placement of presently available tentative vacancies for the CGLE 2016 and tentative schedules for finalization of results of various examinations is a welcome step on the part of SSC. There are signs that the SSC is slowly going towards the situation prevalent before March 2013. I was part of a triumvirate which finalized the SSC’s Logo in 1985 which mentions Impartiality, Objectivity and Suitability as the cornerstones of SSC. Timelines and Transparency, it was assumed by us, will be followed as we did in 1985. Unfortunately, these two were forgotten over a period of time and sometimes it took almost three years to finalize the results of an examination after its notification. 2. It is this state of affairs which were taken into consideration by the then Parliamentary Standing Committee for Personnel which recommended dissolution of SSC. The recommendations of the 2nd ARC and my joining as the Chairman, SSC- some people may say that i am being modest, but that is the truth- saved the SSC and lakhs of aspirants who got jobs between 2009 till now. 3. Instead of depending on a coterie in the SSC which has been selling information and a few aspirants who dream of becoming owners of new Coaching Institutes- every successful SSC aspirant considers himself well-equipped to offer quality coaching- the present Chairman, SC, has heeded to my public advice made through a FB post to use the SSC Website for dissemination of genuine information. I have been promoting people like Rama Nujan and Target Interview Group on FB because so far they have worked selflessly to provide genuine and reliable information to the SSC aspirants. It is a well known fact that SSC CGL qualified candidates moonlight as lecturers in Coaching Institutes or run small Coaching outfits, earning lakhs of rupees per month in the process. 4. I only wish and hope that the present Chairman, SSC continues to tread in his chosen path of transparency unlike my immediate successor who cloaked everything in secrecy and got into trouble in the process. I would also suggest that he calls for a copy of the Manual of Confidential Work prepared by me with the help of experienced officers, which has well laid out procedures to check and counter check at various stages of work in order to eliminate possibilities of fraud in the SSC Hq. Also fail to understand why despite having a PM who believes in technology for speeding up work, online examination has not been introduced in the SSC. He should push through this proposal and also review the examination system which was finalized by me way back in 2009 and there is now a need for a thorough review in view of the reported malpractices within and outside SSC. It is nightmarish for a new Chairman to face the awkward situation arising out of reported leakage of SI CAPFs and DP Examination within a few months of joining SSC. He is reaping the ills of neglect and deeds of his predecessor who destroyed all systems in the SSC only because of a highly inflate ego. He has been rewarded by the NDA Government with the plum post of Central Information Commissioner, responsible for enforcing the Right to Information Act.. A fitting reward indeed for someone who had no faith in transparency! 5. The placement of presently available vacancies for the CGLE 2016 has led to heartburn and agitation among millions of job aspirants who have applied for the examination. From 2010 to 2014, the vacancies have been around 15000 every year, give or take a few thousands. For the first time the vacancies are less than 10000 for CGLE 2015 the results of which have not yet been declared. I had attributed it to results of CGLE 2013 and 2014 having been declared within a space of a few months. I am of the view that these are early days yet for CGLE 2016 vacancies. There is a difference between UPSC and SSC Examinations. UPSC declared the vacancies at the time of notification of vacancies and any alteration is very difficult and cumbersome. However, SSC conducts examinations for likely vacancies. Vacancies are continuously reported till a week before result processing. I used to call up the Dy CAG, DGs of HRD, CBEC and CBDT, CGDA and DoPT a fortnight before result processing and seek additional vacancies and they would invariable come up with several thousands of additional vacancies. I find that major Departments like the CGDA, CBEC, CAG(f0r some posts) and DoPT have not communicated even preliminary assessment of vacancies for the simple reason that the results of CGLE 2015 have not been declared and they do not know how the vacncies to report to DoPT are to be computed. 6. Most Departments prepare an Annual Recruitment Plan for the year in January or so taking into account available vacancies as on 1st January, vacancies to arise during the year due to promotion, retirement etc. Therefore, I expect the vacancies for the 2016 examination tobe firmed up by the departments only in January 2017 or around that period. I have always believed that examinations are held not for spending money but to fill vacancies. SSC should be proactive in obtaining vacancies just before the result processing starts. 7. In 2002, the NDA Government at the Centre came up with a ban on recruitment, limiting the vacancies to be filled up during a year in each post to only 1% of the sanctioned posts or one third of the vacancies arising during the year whichever was less, through an Office Memorandum which was repeated every year. The FA of the concerned Ministry cleared the Annual Recruitment Plan subject to this policy. In 2009, the issue of renewal of the policy through an OM came up during the Parliament Elections and it was the then Expenditure Secretary who let the next Government decide. My joining in the SSC coincided with this, benefitting 225,000 youth who got selected during 2009 to March 2013 and perhaps another 100,000 who were selected from April 2013 to March 2016. 8. Nothing can prevent the Government in formulating a policy of once again restricting recruitments; but, I doubt whether the Modi Government will do it. Just consider the sheer financial implications of the recruitment in the last 7 years by the SSC alone. Assuming that 60% of those selected actually joined and stayed on and the manpower cost including NPS contribution assumed to be Rs 5 lakhs per employee, the additional expenditure incurred by the Government Exchequer is approximately Rs 10000 crores per year which will go up to Rs 13,000 crores after implementation of the 7th CPC recommendations. It will be a simple question of whether such expenditure on the additional manpower has fetched commensurate increase in the revenue or improvement in the quality of Governance. 9. I attended the inauguration of a Coaching Programme conducted by the Income Tax officers and Employees federation in Chennai last month. They confirmed that 40% of the candidates selected by the SSC do not join. I recall that one Central Excise Inspector in Mumbai posted on FB that he got allotted to Mumbai CE again in CGL 14. Thousands of posts are unfilled this way. MY EARNEST REQUEST TO THE PMO, DOPT AND SSC IS TO RESTORE THE SYSTEM OF STATE ALLOTMENT BY THE SSC to avoid such wastage of time, effort and money.One of the irrational decisions by mt successors was to discontinue this and thousands of deserving candidates are deprived of jobs every year due to it. 10. When the IBPS does post examination analysis invariably, there was no plausible reason for the SSC to discontinue it. This encouraged frauds using conventional and non conventional ways to cheat in a big was from 2013 onwards, without the fear of detection through the post examination analysis. This needs review. My understanding is that the post examination analysis is done by the IBPS even in the case of online examinations. 11. There is lot of heat generated in the social media about information placed on the FB about a possible leakage of a question paper of SI in CAPFs and DP Examination, 2016, and consequest cancellation. While I would not venture to comment on it without knowing the facts, for the first time ever there is concrete evidence- not just rumour- that there was actual leakage of a question paper either from SSC or a third party. To this extent, the individual who disclosed this information through a FB post deserves kudos. There is bound to be and there should be an investigation into it to identify the source of leakage. But, more importantly, it gives an opportunity to the SSC to review their processes and use technology to identify the source of leakage. I advised a statutory body which prepared and printed a question paper for a State PSC in 2013 and my discussions with the printers gave me an insight into currently available technology for printing secret papers. Prevention is certainly better than the cure. 12. I do not think that the craze for the CGL posts will wane with any reduction in the number of applicants in future. After everyone knows that there are only about 2000 posts of DEO and LDC in CHSL every year; yet 70 lakh candidates had chosen to apply for these posts in 2015. Perk up! Prepare! Get selected, guys!

The kid, understood his fathers feelings, and went to bed. He thought about that careless shot. He controlled his tears, as his mother caressed him.
The father, still in the hall, shook his head, "The match is over."
This is a humble attempt to potray the difference between Sachin and Virat. Both might be excellent cricketers, no doubt. Maybe Virat will break Sachin's records some day (some, no one can beat all of them).
Virat is a star, Sachin is an emotion!
MORAL: Stop comparing cricketers! let them be what they are..LET HIM BE BE THE ONLY TENDULKAR & VIRAT BE THE FIRST VIRAT!
What if Virat fails to break Sachin's record will he become a less a star of his times or if Virat breaks Sachin's record will Sachin be less loved?
