How much marks are needed in Tier1+Tier2 to get CSS ?

I know last year cut off but It's trivial as Interview marks are also included.

Hi, my roll number appears on the LIST OF CANDIDATES WHOSE OMR ANSWER SHEETS WERE NOT EVALUATED DUE TO VARIOUS REASONS and the rejection reason given is
