Grievance Description:Dear Sir I had appeared for SSC CGL EXAM 2015. My interview was held in March 2016. I had left my job when SSC came out with a notice that the final CGL Result will be declared in Third week of April 2016.
Earlier also SSC had delayed the CGL 2015 TIER 2 Results and took more time than expected to declare the results. With Tier 2 Results SSC issued a notice that Commission will try to declare the Final Results in April. Then on 7 April, they issued another notice saying that CGL Final results will be declared on 30 May 2016 or even before . This extension in the Result date is frustrating the candidates as they were earlier expecting result in April. Yesterday on 30 May, when everyone was expecting the CGL Final Results, SSC AGAIN CAME OUT WITH A NOTICE SAYING THAT RESULT IS AGAIN DELAYED DUE TO SOME ADMINISTRATIVE REASONS AND DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DATE TO THE CANDIDATES. Now, we do not know the reason for the Delay and also not even the time till which they have to wait. We have to wait endlessly now. Now we have to CHECK THE WEBSITE REGULARLY TILL MAYBE 1 MONTH, 2 MONTH, 1 YEAR and maybe prepare for it again because of mismanagement by ssc. Please provide me a name of some officer from SSC who will take the reponsibility if an aspirant takes some bad decision for his life just because of the mental pressure exerted by SSC and rumours going around due to the inefficiency of SSC in fulfilling their commitments to the candidates and entertaining them with DELAY NOTICES just when they are expecting the results. Please tell me what actually is that ADMINISTRATIVE REASON that is stopping SSC from declaring only CGL 2015 Result. Is it the lack of funds from govt or are they not willing to work on it. They should provide reasons and exact date to candidates instead of just delaying the results.
Please tell me when will CGL Results be declared and what is that administrative reason for the delay and also why does SSC makes such commitments to the candidates and increase their hopes when they are not capable of declaring a result at a said date.
I request DOPT to please interfere and stop these inefficient SSC people from giving any further false result dates to the candidates and play with their emotions , hopes and careers. Why can't they conduct an exam properly without any paper leaks and delay. WHy do they need 2 years to complete an exam process and waste 2 years of an aspirant's life by making him wait endlessly.
Please make them declare the results soon and provide an accurate reason for the delay instead of JUST SAYING ADMINISTRATIVE REASONS and stop playing with the careers of aspirants.
I alongwith 15000 other candidates is expecting DOPT to interfere in the matter and make these ssc people declare the CGL Result at the earliest and provide exact dates to the candidates in future.

I'm really glad I have come to know you people who fight and fight fair instead of resigning into a cocoon. I was as dejected as anyone here on the 30th May on seeing the delay notice but I feel good now because we are doing our bit to highlight SSC's inefficiency instead of just 'accepting' it. A big thanks to all Delhi based candidates visiting DoPT in person and thanking all non Delhiites for flooding the grievance portal as well.
