I had a discussion with one of my friends about the cutoff. Here is my view( read it if you cant hold urself untll results come).
Tier 1 : 137 : time increased relatively , leading to more marks.
Tier 2 : English paper relatively tougher than 2015( a bit): more or less avg marks should be 145
Tier 2 : Maths was tougher and lengthier ad avg marks can be expected to be 155.
Tough the argument that online exam saves marking time is true, but then manual marking and online pretty much took thee same time(lag). Hence tier 2 + tier 1 should not be more than 430 =( IP cut off in 2015), Any one wants to give their opinion?
