Should there be sign (+/-) for output while calculating percentage increase/decrease in excel, for example if A in 2000 = 20 & A in 2001 = 10, then should the percentage increase/ decrease output be -50 or +50... please clarify this query as some youtube videos show a sign in output with '%' , some show 2 decimal point output.

In CGL 2015 cut-off for interview posts for UR (only t1 + t2) was 430. Those were the days.... And in 2016 I had 433 marks (t1 + t2) and still didn't get any post... how times change

There is something I would like to share with you. I came across a video on YouTube. This guy got rejected because he graduated after 1 August, 2017 (21, Aug, 2017 to be more precise). You will be surprised to know that this guy scored 548 but unfortunately he can't get a job in CGL 17. So guys i will request you, if you are going for Document Verification, then take enough documents with you with which you can prove that you graduated before 1 August, 2017. I'm working in railways... When enquired about noc in my dept they were asking for details?? In which notification it is mentioned to produce noc?? Is it compulsory for me?? Is it possible to shift from higher grade pay (4200) to lower grade pay(2400) in technical resignation method??
