Please clarify the following details regarding suitability of PH candidates for various post
in CGL 2017 notification it has been mentioned that person with sub category OAL is not suitable for TA CBDT however same is allowed as per CGL 2018 notification .
similarly OAL sub category is suitable for the post of preventive officer as per CGL 2018 notification but not allowed as per CGL 2017 notification
My query is will these changes will also be applicable for CGL 2017 post allocation retrospectively.
