For 13 th shift mark increase was due to wrong questions, so even a low scorer would have got it. But for other shifts marks was awarded on the basis of normalization, so only above average scorers would have got it. That is the reason why we see more marks being awarded to low scorers of 13th and comparatively less marks being awarded to low scorers of other shifts.
