hard copy/printed matter kaha pe rakhna parta hai type karne ke waqt? pls help....my speed is around 39wpm jab screen se dekh kar karta hu to aur 28-32 hota hai jab hard copy se karta hu to? How to increase speed?

my speed for the last 20 days is 38 wpm (accuracy-95%) in notepad, and not at all increasingly, even though i tried a lot. Is this speed is enough to pass the typing test.

i know people are getting irritated by the question - ''my rank is this, do i have any chance?'', but i have to ask this for a friend...his all india rank is 19000 something and category rank (general) is 8800 something...his typing speed is 47wpm...does he have any chance? should he attend the typing test? i'm asking this because he is planning to leave for dubai on february 7th (in search of a job)...so he is completely confused and tensed...should he attempt it? please help..
