Jitne OBC h UR me use to dekhke lagta h OBC ki cut off kaafi high jane wali h UR ke comparision me.....kyunki typing me UR ke 5% error allow h or OBC me 7% so...jo b OBC general se paas kr chuke h or 5-7% error krte h typing me to vo OBC ki approx 2800 seat me daale jayenge naaki general ki approx 5k seats me..... खेद जताने वाले पिछले साल की कट आॅफ देखे।

what is the difference between skill test and typing test. plz any one tell me. I know some idea but can you give clear deatails about it.
