If I type "teh" in place of "the" it is half mistake means 1.5... if I type "Internatioanl" in place of "International" then also it is half mistake means 6.5...but on both cases I have done only one depression mistake... then why on first case it is 1.5 and second case 6.5...what is the logic behind it?? anyone pls.

SSC will consider Gross speed or net speed in typing test? I mean Gross speed means speed with errors. Net speed means ( Gross speed - error percentage). Plz tell me. Which they will consider. Comment also. Thanks in advance.

Hello friends I like to share my experience on TT Held on 22nd feb centre Chennai.
Computer given to me was old cream colour monitor and cream colour key board(keys were some what hard to type).
Passage on RBI First 2 mins sample passage, Second 10 mins main test ,Third 60 words hand writing( u can write from sample passage or main passage).
Passage was moderate level, can be written if practised.
Passage font size was easily visible.
Total characters: 1748
After every line you may see the number of characters present in that line at the end.
Total three paragraphs. Two numbers were given 1500 and 65.
My suggestions please don’t panic while giving the test Well I was confident in the beginning but when I entered the exam hall I panicked and did some mistakes
I completed the test in 9 mins but with many errors( my hands were literally shaking while giving the test, be calm while giving the test)
My errors Forgot to type TAB at the start of the passage, cleating for clearing, doets hav for does have, coccnted for connected, acounts for accounts mebmers for members, incashed for uncashed and one . and , error Capital error 2 words ( approximately and central)
Well I have not missed any line I am sure.
You may be wondering how I know all this, well I had some time while other's papers were collected so I checked my paper
My suggestions
for the students who have TT Practice in note pad only not in typing master Take sample passage, set the time for 10 mins then type in note pad and check the errors in MS WORD (just copy the typed matter form note pad and paste it in MS WORD) ALL THE BEST PRACTICE, PARCTICE AND PRACTICE.
