Chsl 2015 news update... Source (friend who works in SSC, not fully reliable but the news is believable) According to him our result may be out by June 5. As u know next hearing of a case is on 26 this month. If it gets further delay then the petitioners might be kept in a pending list and result might roll out..M not stamping any kind of assurance on this news..But it is highly expected because court, SSC and dopt knows that soon more protests are lined up..Hope for the best and turn up in large nos if result delayed further.. I, ##########, had appeared in CHSL 2015 Skill test and Data entry test, conducted by Staff Selection Commission.
It is learned that few candidates have filed cases against SSC with the tribunal for grievances including not writing Language for descriptive paper and other reasons.
It is also learned that the CAT has ordered SSC to process descriptive paper of the candidate/s, who failed to write the Language. As per reports, more cases are pending with the CAT and the SSC has intimated that result is ready and will be notified immediately on closure of the cases.
Sirs, more that 47,000 thousand candidates had been selected to appear in the skill test and had abided by the instructions of SSC. Where as candidature of those who failed to conform to the insturctions of SSC should be viewed leniently as per your order, we feel like being punished for no reason. We are being left in the lurch and have to face the agony of uncertainty, emotional and social pressure. Many of us are loosing motivation. Few of the candidates have twice visited the SSC head quarters and have met with DoPT officials and submitted grievance letters. The procedure of selection have already taken almost two years from the release of the notification and will take 5 to 6 months for appointment after publication of the final result.
I on behalf of all the candidates request you to (if possible) instruct the SSC to publish the result for skill test for those who have already appeared. The final result and document verification procedure may be kept in abeyance.
This will atleast release us from the mental trauma of not knowing if we have passed the skill test or not.
Any instruction/s along these lines or anything that will lead to quick publication of the results will be most welcome.

Supreme Court's summer vacation has already been started since 11th May and continue till 2nd July, but new cases can be registered. The registry will be remained open on all days except holidays according to SC's calendar.
