Today SSC has published the result of ASSAM RIFLES and CRPF 2015, despite some cases were still pending, just look at the point no. 8, where it is clearly mentioned that- "This result of the following candidates will be subject to the outcome of their respective Court cases given below:" Here, the posts of candidates are provisionally reserved after the case will be pronounced and those candidates result will be published in another additional list. So, no matter that there will be new cases filed or cases pending, ssc can allow permission to publish our result from court, putting stay on the ongoing process, as the matter is subjudice, ssc will have to take assent of court. Hope, some good news is there...lets hope for the best.
