DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION SSC CHSL 2015

1.The admit card in original.

2.Valid photo bearing id proof

3.Original as well as the photocopy of following 

 a.10th pass certificate

 b.12th pass certificate and marksheet

 c.OBC certficate in the format prescribed for Govt. of India mentioning creamy layer status

 d.SC/ST certificate

 e.Central govt employe certificate and NOC if seeking age relaxation

 f.Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-Serviceman

 g.OH/HH/VH Certificate physically handicapped category

4. 6 passport size photograph


*OBC Certificate should have been issued by the officier of the rank of Tahsildar or above. If OBC do not produce OBC certificate in this manner, they will be treated as UR if within age limit, otherwise they will be rejected
