As seen on fb, the case hype is re-continued, it's being said that, there is also a hearing on 17th August, it's the hearing in the CAT court, and ssc has clearly mentioned that the commission is in no mood to entertain re evaluation of rejected candidates, daily new cases were being filed, so having a meeting with DoPt, they discussed the matter, and DoPt took the matter in his hands, so they decided to file a case in high court on 29th may 2017, so that the decision of CAT will be challenged and no other candidate can file and delay the matter further. Next thing is that the hearing of 5th July in high court, the case has taken by dopt itself (union of India), means it's a serious matter, and many of you are thinking that there might be another hearing after another hearing, think one thing minimum cost of a lawyer in high court is 2 lakhs (approx) per hearing, and every hearing will cost, so assume yourself, how wise it will be for Sumit Kumar to hold on this case, when he can't win against the govt, as he has committed mistake by himself. For our benefit, a stay order has also been put into this matter, if it will take for a long time,if Sumit Kumar 's party will have to appeal against the stay order then last date is 7th July, so in July result may be published. Hope so..
