Jab me obc certificate ka format SSC website se lia, vo dho page me aa gaya(ek me resolutions our details aur doosra me sign aur seal).
Vo bhi, SSC ka seal wala paper me aaya. Kya owala paper change karna he ya wohi dho side print karke le aaum.

yr koi batao ki jab form bhara tha woh unhone preference men code de rakhe the P ,L, D and E woh kaise change karne ko milega..Jo form ab de rahe hain woh toh department ki preference ka!! kahin bhi mention nahi hai ki P, L, D aur E ki preference change karne ko milegi!!
