For filling all the boxes in the descriptive exam, will the whole answer be evaluated or just the word limit? Is it the case that the complete answer will not be evaluated for crossing the word limit??

To all those who r blaming candidates for not correctly filling d pref at d time of filling d form let me bring to ur notice few points 1. Not everyone in this field was mature in 2015...but in 2 yrs people have gathered experience n may b it was d 1st form they filled 2. E was a post in 2015 which has been scrapped... 3. Vacancies have changed at least 4-5 times since 2015... 4. N maha_anubhavo who r saying marks dekh k pref fill karte h log un ko confidence ni h...get ur facts right jis k jitne marks h smjdari usi hisaab se pref bharne main h yaha koi pandit ni baitha jo form bharte time marks dekh le apne....n unforseen circumstances ho jate h kbi jo favour main ni hote.... 5.
