Handicapped ka prescribed format me agar abhi banba lu toh kya manya hoga ssc chsl 2016 ke liye kyunki form me certificate issue hone ke date 19/7/2016

Mera DV ho Chuka hai but my OBC certificate is beyond of prescribed date i.e. 30-4-2016, SSC has kept my candidature provisional. What is possibility of being treated as UR candidate I qualified all the levels in UR category
