What could be the possible cutoff for PA/SA/court clerk in chsl 2016?

Today I called in nr region and asked for chsl marks and they replied marks will be uploaded by 1st week of novmber
I am using qhnpl wired keyboard and my current speed is 33 do I need to switch to switch any other keyboard like kB 212 aur kb216 does this really affect our typing????

For those who have made their name in DEO (CAG) list don't be sure because aise bahut sare candidates honge jinke iss list wale se jyada marks honge but kyunki unhonne science stream se 12 ni kiya hain with math as a subject unko consider ni kiya hai.............ab to kewal marks disclose hone ke baadh jo rank banegi uspe depend karega..........cutt off bahut upar jaa sakta hai iss baar........

got exactly 200 obc category..............last time typing clear kar dee thi but fail to make name in the final list...........hope kee iss baar isse jyada kuch na jaye cutt off
