I got my obc certificate last month. According to a notice published by ssc on 18th august, the date limit for obc certificate was removed based on supreme court ruling. But when i contacted the regional office they said that the certificate should be issued before august 2017. Will the certificate be accepted or not?

For PA/SA post in SSC CHSL 2016 Typing
Speed will be counted by words(350) or keystroke(1750)or both
Because when I type around 300 words keystroke goes beyond 1800.
In examination hall after completing typing, ERRORS can be corrected????

Will SSC accept the OBC certificate varried from its format
