my obc certificate date 30th june 2017..it is not under stipulated time which is mentioned by ssc...dont know what to do..will ssc accept it or not..tell me friends plz??????????

Hi frnds I need to renewal my obc certificate in OBC certificate notice1and notice2 are there but my doubt is those notices are required in OBC certificate if make new certificate actually I don't have central certificate I have only state list so I need to make new certificate can anyone plzzz tell me how OBC certificate appear
