Guys, everyone busy in deciding UR OBC SC ST cutoff's from last 20 days but what about allowed error %. It is some fixed % or will SCC start taking right from 0 error % till 6200 candidates.
Because many candidates have around 0-1% error and very low marks...will scc take them 1st and leave the good scorers (200+) Is that so? Guys please tell me.
Is there any chance for those who didnt finish the given passage?
What is the expected result date ?

This year vacanccies are less compared to previous year.
Last year a candidate who got 198 marks secured AIR around 2000(before typing),
But this year the rank is around 4000+ for the same score.
The last rank of the candidate(UR) who got PA/SA last year was around 8500(before typing) and 6500(after typing).
So it means, a candidate(UR) whose rank is less than 9000 before typing was able to get PA/SA last year(vaac --- 9000)..
So similarly this year a candidate(UR) whose rank is below 6500 before typing will have more chances of getting PA/SA.
So, Cut off will be higher than expected.
PA/SA cut off for UR will be >= 195-196 and ldc cut off will be around >=192-193
does the Govt / deptt. provide accomodation if posted in other state ( say via PA/SA ?

Last year Final CHSL 2015 vacancies updated as on 10th July, 2017
Declaration of Final result of CHSL 2015 was on 28th August, 2017
So, according to the above
If SSC will declare final direct result of 2016 in Feb/March..It should declare final CHSL 2016 vacancies update before a month of result ..
i.e., If direct final result CHSL 2016 - In Feb/ March
Final vacancy update of CHSL 2016 - In Jan/Feb
On the otherside, if it declares TT result first and then final result after a few months...we can't expect final vacancy update in Jan/ Feb

what is the expected final cut off for ssc ldc post 2016 all catagories
Here is my analysis..
for 187.5 rank is around 11300 for general..
let us assume there were 1500 absentees in top 11000..
so 11300-1500=9800.......
let us assume..
1....all (480/510)deo posts have marks more marks than 187.5
2....PASA obc cutoff is more than 187.5..so obc 744 and oc 1840..2584 will have more than 187.5
3....UR ldc posts were 1487
now add 480+2584+1487=4551
4....now some obc/sc/st candidates will chose their desired ldc posts..so they gonna fill seat in their respective catagory..for margin take 300 candidates..
5..Now add 4551+300=4851..
so now if a UR canididate want atleast ldc post..he should get minimum 4851 rank....
suppose if 50% were qualified in tt in top 11000 ...his rank will 9800*0.50=4900..
in this 4900..definitely some one will not qualify with UR allowed percentage..some may get 10% error

Why everyone is worried about cutoff? It's long and complex process, considering several facts. 1. First and foremost, you need to clear TT. CHSL 2015 saw around 45% candidates cleared it but in 2014 SSC failed to fill all the seats. 2. Then, error tolerance percentage. It varies every year (could be 10% or could be below 5% too). You can't predict it at all. 3. Attendance in DVs. As many as 30% could miss it, but where do they stand in T1+T2 list that's the crucial factor. Again you can't say anything about this. No separate result this time for TT. Last year TT and DV were two separate stages so they gave result or it's always the final list after the DVs. One crucial external factor too, key in deciding cutoff. That shows what kinda person you are. That's already selected candidates giving it a miss. Even if 50% of already selected candidates skip this thing, cutoff will go low, it could go below last year's. (CHSL 2015 and CGL 2016 results were declared after T2 this exam, they gonna play a big role in this). Keep guessing, you guys doing a great job. 👍

We all know that..SSC is working on it..but still to get away our boredom till then we shall also predict according to our small minds..so that it'll be benefitial both in funny way as well as in predicting approximate cutoff's.
As I said.....those are visiting this page are part of this committe..I just thought to make valuable polls here..And u all guys please share/choose ur option in respective question..so that pool answer can give a better prediction than single answer...
I am just a 1 month PG kid here and I know there are many experience seniors here who have been here from long days....So we need their advices also for making our work somewhat easier..
I request everyone not to take this prediction/analysis to mind or heart seriously ..It's just for fun as well as to predict cutoff approximately if not exactly as SSC keeping all the valuable factors
