Guys, my score is 129.5 (UR), tell me honestly, should I prepare for the next tier. Personally, after I seeing polls in this group, majority of people have 140+. I don't think I am going to make it.

those who have marks in range of 125-140 don’t ask here for chances of selction..here many people are ready to demotivate u so that u will quit and they will get selection..because of less vacancies tier1 cutoff will not increase..u know why??? Bcoz they will take 40000+ irrespective of tentative vacancies..so please prepare for t3..otherwise u gonna lose it

Vacancy increment chances in CHSL 2017 : After the final result of a CHSL exam is announced, all the candidates would join the post within 6 months. Those seats which become vacant if candidates do not join are added to next CHSL But due to some court cases, CHSL 2015 results could not be published in the first quarter of 2017. It was only published OCT 2017, hence by the time CHSL 2016 final results were declared, the vacancies could not be added to CHSL 2016. CHSL 2016 results were declared FEB 2018, and by Aug-Sept 2018 all candidates would have joined the post and the rest unfilled vacancies can be determined. So by the time CHSL 2017 results will be next year, we will have 2 years of unfilled vacancies to be added to this year #####So effective vacancy of CHSL 2017 = Current vacancy + Unfilled vacancy of 2016 + Unfilled vacancy of 2015#### THIS YEAR WE HAVE ONE EXTRA YEAR OF UNFILLED VACANCIES DUE TO COURT CASES DELAYING CHSL 2015 RESULT!!
