bhai among ssc aspirants in india, there is an elite group who scores very high marks... they are rank holders.... they will around 2000 in number... they are going to score that much no mattet what... they score it in 2015, 2016, and also in 2017....if they were allotted jobs in 2015 upcoming aspirant will get a chance to be top merit students.... but that is not happening... and finally they join via 2015 or 2016 ssc and that much vacancy in 2017 is unsused... this happens all seasons...
