Dekho bhai agar koi kahata hai ki mass level cheating huwa hai tabhi cutoff 17 20 number jayada hai to ye bilkul hi galat theory hai. Ssc ke cutoff ke ass pass jar 1 marks par 1000 1200 log rahte hai. Tab agar unke hisab se 10 marks tak ka bhi garbari huwa hai toh kaam se kaam 10000 log honge jo paisa ya power ka setting kiyen honge par bhai seat to bass 5200 hai. No doubt ki cheating huwa hai but he cheating bass 200 300 logo tak hi simit hai. Isse jayada nahi. Cutoffs high huwa ssc same pattern par jar baar exam leti hai aur innovation near zero hota hai. Bank Mao bhi yahi ho raha tha toh unhone exam to tuff Kiya aur selection 35 40 percent par hogaya final selection bhi 45 47 percent hai max gaya hai wo bhi jab ki seats bass 3000 ke ass pass hoti hai. Waise bhi ssc ko sbi se sikhna chahiye pura process 4 months mai khatam aur wo bhi transparent trika se. Hats off sbi

Be careful with some people who are trying to mislead you guys. Please contribute as much as possible. You'll lose nothing.(If a person has opinion, he will put it on single thread but particular person is posting shit in all CGL threads). Be cautious.
Government has sent inexperienced lawyer on its behalf. We need to put our views before judges else they'll think that those bunch of jokers are representing all of us. I want to remind you that tube was third party in CGL 13. So he wants his exam to go on without hiccups but wants to spoil other's lives in the name of reforms. Please contribute ASAP. Talks with a lawyer are being done.
As expected, the primary fault lies with SSC for trying to forcibly prove that no mal practice took place and making no endeavour whatsoever to weed out the nefarious elements. They are only interested in somehow establishing the fact that their hands are clean irrespective of what evidence states.
The primary reason behind this precarious situation is that SSC had taken the case too lightly and had sent one of their inexperienced junior ASGs to handle the case expecting nothing but NDOH. They tried hard to defend everyone for apparently no reason and was also foolish enough to be impolite. The judge being visibly vexed & exclaimed that he would cancel ALL exams conducted by ssc along with CGL 2017 and the ones that came before if such behaviour continues. They are incompetent fools...CBI clearly mentioned that cheaters did exist and somehow the lawyers were trying to say they didnt? Naturally the judge claimed that what the lawyers were saying wasn't backed up by the CBI report.
The fact that malpractice took place is definitely beyond all doubts and the only thing which needs to be established is the extent of duplicity. There are other avenues to explore before cancellation should even be considered, cancellation is the most extreme step which is normally not preferred , that was what all the lawyers we went to assured us.
The contribution of a particular member of our delegation cannot be overstated. He is a lawyer and was of immense help. Thanks to him on behalf of all of us.
The lawyer whom we talked to in the end is by far one of the finest. Wont reveal his name. He is beyond our limits but we are hoping that we would come around. If even he does, a sum of NOT LESS THAN 6 LAKHS should be gathered. That is the bare minimum. We now stand at 2.8 lakhs.
We are hoping that the deal would be finalised by tomorrow. Now listen, even if we cannot collect the entire sum by tomorrow, we atleast need to gather enough funds to allow our delegation members to state with confidence that 6 lakhs can be arranged for in one week.
If indeed we fail to do so we have other options but we sincerely hope that it doesn't.
At present as i had expected , the judges are under the impression that Prashant Bhushan represents ALL the candidates which is NOT true. We are hopeful that we can represent ourselves and make sure we go through EVERY other option THOROUGHLY to remove the cheaters.
The cooperation of SSC is of paramount importance. They must and i repeat MUST accept the fact that cheating did take place and undertake steps to remove the fraudsters. This attitude of theirs...."nothing bad happened" can be extremely disastrous. They must be flexible and reasonable.
So this is the bottomline, we are hoping that we can gather enough funds by tomorrow to be able to state with confidence that 6 lakhs can be gathered in a week, We hope this lawyer represents us....just a little bit of bargaining remains.
I know the retarded manbuddhis won't agree but we were also warned that if indeed the exam gets cancelled, the chances of it getting conducted FAST is not just improbable but downright impossible. That would lead to a tussle between the judiciary and the incumbent government and can lead to perpetual delay. The bunch of retarded pieces of shits are not farsighted enough to understand the consequences of compelling a govt like BJP to go back on their words. BJp had said re-exam will not be conducted at any cost and if the judiciary by any chance compels them to...i laugh at the stupidity of those who believe like a good boy dopt will conduct it in 3 months. Dont bother explaining this to the mandbudhis...they're are too retarded to realise.

I am an Ex Service man. I have contributed Rs 500. I want you also to contribute as much as you can. I also want the culprits to be weeded out from the CGL 17/ CHSL 17 but cancellation is not a good remedy. We have put much time and hard work into it. CGL 17/ CHSL 17 is different from Cgl 13 which was hard copy based exam. Now CGL 17/ CHSL 17 is computer based exam in which we can weed out cheaters candidates by analyzing the navigation data during exam or by proper interrogation of the custodian of the question paper. Now it is the situation in which all non qualified students who are in lakhs want cancellation and re exam and we are around 40k candidates excluding some cheaters. We cannot see CGL 17/ CHSL 17 dying in front of our own eyes in which we reared our dreams and put our time and hard work. I have meagre pension from which I contributed Rs 500 but I want you people to contribute as much as you can. Now we have to represent our case through a potential Lawyer only then we can hope for some future of CGL 17/ CHSL 17 as well as ours. I also request CHSL 17 candidates to contribute as both of us are in the same boat. Selected candidate spread this msg as wide and fast as possible as 7th Sep is not far away.
