in 1 hour duration. right

my question is can we write whole essay and application in hindi?

 How many marks do we need to get in descriptive paper in all the four sections out of 100? In SSC notification it is mentioned that we need to have 33% in order to qualify in Tier II so, Can anyone please tell me on an average how many marks should a person score in order to be on safe zone.
