I want to know the preference list of ministries for LDC for Kolkata posting. If not Kolkata, I am only interested in Metro City postings. I had 155 in Tier 1, is it reasonable to go after LDC? I really don't want to join PA/SA as it will hamper my studies for CGL. What are my options?
