To all broz and sizzies who have given CRPF and BSF as their first preference , My salute to all . . . Despite the unfortunate incidents taking place each and every day you have shown bold and courageous patriotism . . . We all bow to you . . . In one way i have also given CRPF as my first preference . . . I dont have enough marks to get CISF SI . If i donot get CISF SI , i will never get SSB because the competition is tight for SSB , So i will be placed in my third or fourth preference CRPF or BSF. . . Hope we shall fight shoulder to shoulder againts all adversities in coming future . . . Jai Hind

Some members are creating negativity about crpf and bsf and putting ASI cisf option before that. But I request you all don't go through Bird's eye view for any conclusion and if you want to see through the facts of any organisation just need to go through creature's eye view. If you become asi in cisf then you will hardly become assistant Commandant by the time of retirement and in bsf and crpf you may become DIGP by the retirement time. However it's your choice to choose what you like but it's my own experience luxurious life is not everything in life and if you are a member of force then having a higher rank does matter a lot and in turn you get a lot of respect, dignity and facilities. I have nothing to do with your preference but what I have shared above is just my own experience of 11 years of service in CAPF'S.
Will obc certificate be accepted after the prescribed date? Like they give the option of changing prefrences......

Dear guyzz, I want to share my feelings about capf preferences after going through many articles, friends , blogs etc. There is a lot of confusion among us about preferences what we should fill before, after... who scored less than 260 because more than 260, Pref. Is clear mostly Dp, cisf Si... So, I think we should take decision very carefully including all circumstances because it will decide our Future. For eg... Cisf is a little better in posting than others but promotion is . For dignity, reputation crpf, bsf is better. Thus,there are many pros and cons of these ,u can check through Google. Plz hear everyone views carefully, observe them and set priority for him. Happiness is the main point whereever you go."Whatever happens with u , u are responsible not others (whether it is good or bad) ".So, take decision with cool mind, heart. I think it would be helpful for u. It is not mandatory I am right. I may be wrong so share ur feelings also. I also learnt a lot from this grp....So, enjoy guys..... Hope for good decision....... .. No clear guidelines about tattoo. CAPFs say that they will not accept tattoo but DP says we dont have any problem with the tattoo. 17th is the last day for filling the appeal and i am still stuck with what to do and where to go. Sab idhar udhar bhagaye ja rahen hain.
