Sc certificate ka issue date kohiko pata hai
After 2 weeks of running , I feel pain just below my knees . Its so intense that now I feel difficult to walk.It's runeer knee's . Doctor told me to rest for minimum 4 days. It's because of over running . Too much running too soon beyond the capacity of my body. So, pls don't be oversmart like me. First time runners please do progress slowly .Still we have a lot of time. Hope u learnt from this mistake of mine . Mera routine to Sara gadbada gya .👿

As CGL's tentative date was said to be on 10th Aug but ssc is going to release it on 4th, so can we expect so for CPO?

Acha aesha possible ho Sakta hai ki.... SSC m documents verification karne ke kaam regional ssc office karte ho but iss Baar medical k sath ho gya tha aur saari fies medical centre s sidhe SSC hq Delhi bhej di ho......toh unnhone saari file wapas magana aur fir wapis bhejene s acha regional candidates Ko dubara bulana acha Samja ho.. kyunki SSC k pass time nhi hai itna result bhi Dena hain August m. Baki Rahi baat northern region walo ki toh SSC hq aur ... northern region ka hq toh same jagah hi hai..... northern walo ki files already waha hogi jisme saare documents ki photocopies hai toh ...they can easily verify and upload on system. Toh sayad northern walo ko na bulaye. Rest SSC knows 😆😗

Hlo guys i need a genuine suggestion frm u guys... mine rme was fr a surgery performed to fill up the ear hole...i was given remdical to complete the post operative time period of 4 months that has been completed too..unfortunately few days before remedical i contracted a fungal infection nd my ear started discharging... i consulted a doc. Before going for the remedical he told me that was not a serious as its a common prblm nd they r going to see ur ear drum only....but the mam at the remedical board didn't even bothered to put an otoscope into my ear to have a look inside the ear...she directly declared me unfit...later i got to know that she was nt an ENT specialist...how could she declare me unfit without even taking a second opinion...I'm going to file a petition do u guys think that wud be a right action..i know it myt delay ur result too..but plz give me sm selfless sugestion as i hv nvr been through any legal case in my life earlier
