BROZZ and SIZZIEZZ , :* :* :* , First of all thankq for all ur blessings , Today i have returned home after my torturing medicals , honestly i can say that till now i have undergone medicals under an ultra stringent officer ,KKR region than any other regions i guess . On my date 24 attended in which only 7 were declared fit (including me) . Thanx to Almighty and for ur blessings ma dear frndz....!!! Still wondering why he was so much stringent.. . .!!! Feeling so much fatigued by travel and the horrors of medical stringencies :0 . Guys mri sbko ek advice h and this is my personal experience Yr jiska b medical k time bp and pulse rate check ho to us time apna dhyan vha s hta le or kisi or baat ko sochte rhe...Qki jitna hm us process k bare m sochte h hmari utni hi bp and pulse rate bdhti h bcoz of ghabrahat k kahi hmari kam ya jyada to n ho rhi Ye do chije asi h jinme bhut remedical milta h bt inme glti hmari hi hoti h So please be cool at the time of checking

So brozz and sizzies , Here are the complete details about my encounter with ma medicals
My medical was done on CRPF Bangalore group centre. First they give us the medical booklet in which we fill our names , some yes/no questions such as whether u have such diseases , undergone surgery , blaa blaa blaaa... I just closed ma eyes and ticked all NO.. If u tick anyone yes the medical officer will ask u individually about that. . .
After filling they took us to the hospital where they collected blood and urine . After that straight away to Xray centre where they took the chest xray . The xtray machine was brand new one and not the old film type. So that the bones will be crystal clear. The results of xray will be ready in just 2 hours for all.
Then after lunch the real party begins. The medical officer comes and starts with the eye test , distant vision and near vision , followed by ishihara test . For ishihara test he not only made us read the numbers but some path tracing also. Many gets tensed in path tracing so practice now itself , its very simple . Dont get tensed and mess up . Since the officer was a rude one he declared some poor candidate who got messed up due to tension as color blind.
After that as small groups of 7 he took us to a hall , asked us to remove all dress except the inners . The made us do joggings , simple warm up exercises, hopping and many other exercises . After 1 minute rest he came individually to all and spent atleast 2 minutes with everyone checking the heart beats , knock knees , flatfoot etc .. . If any stitch marks visible is found out by him on our body he will directly order that particular candidate to further xray where the stitch is present. . .Elbow and shoulder angle was checked with some kind of protractor
Then to ensure hand shivering he made us hold our hands horizontally with fingers all apart not touching each other. Then he came individually to every one to check hand shiverings . My advice is not to look at your hands while he is checking . 3 candidates got rejected in this case due to shivering because of tension.
After he called individually each one and checked the eyes , nose , ears and dental points . Hearing was done with the help of tuning forks , DNS checked and while he checked our ears for was he somewat harassed us by slapping our face. So everyone will get tensed and frightened . By this present time another person checked our BP at this very tensed situation so that the BP will rise. 3 were rejected in this case too. They were only 23 years of age. . For weight issue he only checked whether our BMI was normal or not . U need not touch the exact weight , but ur BMI must be normal. . . About dentals he counted all the teeths , whether anyone is missing and also checked for artificial teeths
At last the inners were asked to remove and he examined thorough checking for hernnia , piles , any sort of skin diseases , any unhealed injuries , etc. . .
He was harassing us all through the tests as if he wanted to impose fear in us and make unfit. Even used abusive languages so as to create a frightening atmosphere. Seemed like he didnt wanted to pass anyone , everywhere he was trying to find simple flaws in each and everyone. At last the next day by afternoon he declared all our results
PS: About DV , no preference changing was allowed and they strictly followed the date criteria mentioned for OBC
Moral : If you have beleif in yourself and do not allow fear to conquer ur mind u will definitely pass medicals how ultra stringent the officer may be !
