Points to remember before going for medical :--
1-Clean your ear wax with hydrogen peroxide ..
2-Carry Orbit chewgum to keep your teeth clean after breakfast and lunch.
3-carry water bottle...Avoid drinking cold drink it may increase your BP...Bcz it contains soda.
4- Carry apple, bananas, brown bread,milk ,tetra pack of pomergrapomegranate juice with you ....So that early morning you can have your breakfast.
5- clean your eyes dirt by putting an eyedrop before a day of medical.
6-Don't use too much mobile.
7-wear loose clothes.
8- Don't listen every body advice....other Otherwise your BP will shoot up...
9-Be Confidence...😁😁😁😀😀😀
