आज BSPHCL BTech candidates को JEE और JE (Civil ) में eligible नहीं करने पर अड़ा हुआ है..... BSPHCL ही नहीं ऐसे बहुत सारे PSUs / Government Dept हैं जो Diploma level के post पर degree holders को allow नहीं करते... इसके पीछे उनका तर्क होता है कि - अगर degree holders को allow कर देंगे तो सारे वो ही job ले लेंगे .... जो कि बिलकुल oppressive है... अगर government BTech candidates के लिए पर्याप्त नौकरियाँ नहीं पैदा कर पा रही हैं तो उसका कोई अधिकार नहीं है कि BTech से नौकरी छीन कर Diploma को दे दे। ऐसे भी कुछ PSUs हैं जो diploma level post पर Diploma + Degree को allow करते हैं पर direct degree को allow नहीं करते। .... यह सवाल बहुत बड़ा है और इस पर government का stand बिलकुल clear होना चाहिए ..... कि क्या engineering में degree engineering में diploma से बड़ा qualification है या दोनों अलग अलग qualification है ????? अगर engineering में degree diploma से बड़ा qualification है तो किसी भी diploma level के recruitment में degree holder allow होना चाहिए .... इसमें PSUs / Govt Dept की मनमानी नहीं चलेगी। इसके लिए इंजीनियरिंग graduates को branch divide , govt college / pvt college और state /region divide से ऊपर उठना पड़ेगा।

DFCCIL ki post me btech form bhar sakte h. vha pr min. qualification kha gya h. link 1 aug ko open hogi. btech ko higher degree bola gya h.
ab to DRDO k upar case toh banta h. konwingly km no. walon ko select krenge. lekin btech ko nhi lenege.

The candidate should possess full time Degree approved by UGC/AICTE; from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
ii. The institute awarding degree/diploma must be recognized either by Central/State Govt. or AICTE or Technical Boards/Universities established by Central/State Govt.
iii. The Degree holders with minimum 60% marks (in specified discipline as mentioned above) are also eligible for the post of Executive.
iv. For the post of Executive (S& T), SCA and MCA would be considered as higher degrees to Diploma in "Information Science & Technology/Computer Application/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Technology".*
According to me DRDO and imd both are good. it is the human nature when we get something we don't value it . This is for those person who got job in imd now turn their greedy eyes to DRDO. ☺️
