I think final selection for civil will increase to 2000 approx.

Pichli baar ssc je me 880 ko call kiya tha dv(E/M) but select 300 ke ass pass hue the.....esa mera frnd ne bola.....kya sachhai hai is baat pe....? APNI RAI DE.....

SSC je takes more than 2 year from date of notifications to date of joining.............. India's slowest exam process award goes to SSC .
cutoff for general (civil)will be more than 290 for final selection.
Final cutoff for E&M not more than 280 to 295 for General out of 500

Dear friends.... Ssc je tier 2 marks have not been uploaded yet. I expected it to have come the very next day as the result of qualification, as happened with tier 1. Unfortunately it didn't happen! Let's not go by rumours, but wait patiently till publication of marks. Like all of u, i also keep my fingers crossed to know my marks.
One more thing needs clarification.... When and how does SSC issue notice to summon the candidates who are qualified for tier 2 for verification of Certificates?
Last year they have the details of interview and dv date in the paper 2 write up... This year they didn't gave the dv date
Last year they are called to come for the qualified candidates for dv with in 20 days from the date of declaration of paper 2 results....
