150 rank tk mes milna pkka h me or ee walo ko kyuki 65 ke aaspas to reserve candidate h jo already reservation le chuke h to wo to gen mein nhi count honge aur may b 20 - 30 dv mein nhi aayenge to 150 rank wala top80 mein aa gya aur vacancy 86 h mes+cwc+fb mein

In civil( particularly obc rank) if your rank is below 1000 means you will be in safe position. .that means at least u have chance to get bro..considering all the factors like absentees for dv, obc issues and generla seats filled by obc candidates

From my OBC CIVIL RANK list, (1) if all the candidates are selected in DV, (2) if the tentative vacancy is the final vacancy, (3)if all the toppers are choosing CPWD as the first preference Then the minimum cutoff for CPWD is 270
