 GUYS good news for gen candidate i ve checked and found the reservation sln which z authenticated. Tina Dabi who z sc candidate  has already claimed herself in SC category during the prelims. So, according to the Civil services rule, even if she is an overall topper ( Including all categories) in the UPSC Mains-2015, she will be assigned an SC seat under UPSC quota. so if your rank is under 160, 99% chance z dere to got MES.
