ssc wale apni hi dadagiri chala rhe hai 2014 tk ke recruitment mein toh newly issued caste certificate accept krte h aur agar 2013 se phle ke recruitment notice mein toh bs itna likha h ki Candidates claiming OBC status may note that certificate on creamy layer status should have been obtained within three years before closing date. phir hamare liye hi rules mein change kyo? jo aaj ssc ke office mein higher posts pr baithe hai agar un ke time aise provisions hote tb unhe pta lgta ki mehnat ke baad reject hone pr kaisa lgta h.
