Will ssc announce declaration date of final list first, or directly upload the final list on site?

Actually SSC won the case. dispose means not accepted Clint point of view. Allowed (recutment allowed)means court gave permission to SSC to proceed further
Bhai i got a msg from ssc nr that ur exam timings have been changed. Did anyone recieved such msg
everybody assuming something in favor of them..but one thing I can tell you people is if they have won means they would have celabrated here like anything..so be calm..and wait for the result
