SSC is in COMMA, no update since half month( last updated on 19th march or so, update on 21st just pasted a NCS logo).... they deserve to be reviled!

Ssc hq me case karne gaye hain ye log koi keh raha hai ye rejected candidate hai koi keh raha hai obc releted case karne gaya hai...
Aaj agar result aaya to bharosa mat karna kyuki... April fool ban sakte ho.

Dear ssc je 2015 selected students Please don't follow advice of some fools here to do a case again on ssc.first of all i recommend u to go through the pdf of hearing by rejected students.u will know that they r also innocent they also need an equal chance to get a job.So please dont go for another case on ssc je 2015.It will delay our joining only That's it.Thanku
Selected candidates of SSC JE 2015, we need to file case againest REJ candidates if they allowed. Because they clearly mentioned that "If your fail to put the tick mark on Subject and language you will be rejected" then whay again allowed??
If it so I kept 5 questions in paper 1 wrong because of my small mistake will SSC allow to rectify my correction??
evrery one need to follow carefully instruction else exam is meaningless by allowing mistakes

Applicant of OA-215/2017 was rejected because he did not fill the relevant column indicating the medium in which he was taking the examination. 3.2 The respondents have submitted that in the instructions given to the candidates in the answer sheet itself it was mentioned that they will be awarded zero mark if they do not fill the language in which they were taking the examination. Similarly, in the examination for Junior Engineers, it was mentioned that if the relevant column pertaining to the subject at the right hand top corner of the answer 15 OA-215/2017 with OA-263/2017, OA-391/2017 sheet was not filled, the candidates would be awarded zero mark. The respondents have produced the answer sheets of all the applicants and shown that these instructions were violated by them. Consequently, they have been awarded zero mark. They have further submitted that the terms and conditions of the examination are sacrosanct and cannot be questioned by the candidates once they have accepted them and participated in the examination. The applicants have not been vigilant enough and have contravened the mandatory instructions as they did not mark the subject or the medium in the answer sheets. Thereafter, as per terms and conditions of the examination, they were awarded zero mark in Paper-II. The respondents have submitted that they conduct the examination within the frame work of the Rules/Guidelines and Instructions, which are uniformly applicable to all candidates. It was not possible for the Commission to over look or condone any violation of these guidelines or instructions. If any such concession is given to anyone candidate, it would be discriminatory.
Guys don't get confuse Just now read whole PDF of case OA-215/2017. these candidates making us confuse. and SSC also telling results will be soon. no recheck, if you want clarify read Page no. 14 point 3.1 you will understand. if REJ allowed there might have one notice from SSC website...

Guys SSC allow rejected candidates ready to go high court....
Hi guys.... Those who r ready to go for filing a case.... Plz understand the pain of being " Rejected" a big shock to nearly 1400 students.... After rejection , i came to know that "Being Failed " is much better than "Being rejected". If selected candidates those who worked hard and got good score r not at all fearing about the result... But i think guys who r on border they r fearing about the result... Then u guys go to court.... Nobody can stop u... But I strongly belive Indian courts give better decisions ... If u r about to lose anything u wil get justice.... And one thing.... R u all educated r not... What type of worst language u r speaking.... Please behave like an educated professionals....

I m posting something here on the behalf of all the selected candidates. We r not against rejected candidates copy check but court and SSC should tell us what is our mistake why should we suffer for those mistake that we have ever done. We worked hard almost two year and then we got this job but some rejected candidates are telling that we got our position in merit list because of their rejection. But u rejected candidates mind it a mistake is a mistake whether it is big or small it doesn't matter. It's your mistake and for this only u people have to suffer we are not your partner in your mistake so why should we suffer for this. commission should publish our result as soon as possible because it is already too late. If commission want to check their copy no problem at all and a candidate score more than the cutoff of any department then they should accommodate in that department. And last but not least court is not only to save write of rejected candidates they are also responsible for the write of selected candidates. If SSC doesn't publish our result within two week then we will file a case on the basis of above mentioned point Thanking you Or rejected candidates se request h comment me abousive language ka use na Kare because aap ko Jo karna tha aap ne kiye ab hume Jo karna h hum karenge. obc also file the case on ssc, i think they won't win. but they may make results are delay better to prepare SSC JE 2016 and other exams....REJ candidates shows the way to file cases...keep going on file the cases on SSC up to 2018
