Frnds in my point of view, we can expect the same cutoff of je2014 because of the paper toughness and also the vacancies... 2015 vacancies is less than the 2014... 2016 vacancies will be more or less equal to 2014.... So dnt compere with last year cutoff, it will decrease... (civil) if u agree click yes If no write ur keen point
