A candidate has obc certificate beyond cutoff date and cleared UR cutoff of both paper, if CPWD OBC birth and MES UR birth available then........ will he selected as a provisional obc cpwd candidate or confirmed UR birth on MES????????.......... the preference is cpwd,mes,cwc
