Hello, My query is not related to SSC JE. Still help me if you can. What does "Reservation to local candidates" means in (say) MPPSC exam?
If reservation to local candidates is 90%, Does that mean a candidate from other state has to come in top 10% to be selected or 10% candidates will be selected from other states?
