Bhai log ye btao ke agar koi OBC ka student hai. Paper 1 and paper 2 both general category se qualified hai. Agar wo apna first preference mes dia Hai but general se mes nahi mil PA raha hai to Kya uska OBC me mes ke seat milega ya next preference dekha jayega.
