I think 2nd paper ki alag se koi cutoff nahi aaygii because there is no interview this year so that a combine cuttoff may be come and for Ur candidates it can go upto 250 max. Out of 500.

according to my RTI in ssc je mains 2015 total number of candidate appeared in exam is 6267 out of 8589 (combined civil electrical mechancial).
