Bhaiyon... Bhot badi samasya hai.. bhai maine poora form bhar dia fir bhi application status is showing INCOMPLETE . As I am from SC catagory .. I am exemted from paying fee. Fir bhi mujhe ₹100 payment ka option aa rha hai.. pls help me out guys
