Very bad news to OBC candidates who got OBC certificate before 11-08-2012 and after 06-02-2016..are may not be eligible as obc.....................& also who do not have even any OBC/SC/ST certificate thiere candidature may be cancelled and a chance of debar..................... so do an enquiry on that who had this kind of risk.. This restriction mentioned in 2015 & 2016 notifications but not for 2014 see the two images for clarity
